West Virginia Basketball Transfer Portal Target
West Virginia head coach Ross Hodge has been forced to rebuild the basketball roster of climbers on a large scale and the transfer portal will play a role in it.
It is a collection of players who have either been contacted or have relationships to hodge.
Massey has played four sessions in three separate schools during his college career, which has some questions whether he has one year of eligibility. Massey spent two seasons in McNe’s State, where he appeared in 65 matches with 56 starts and saw his scoring jump as a freshman by 5.5 points as a freshman 10.5 points. Massey then moved to Longwood, where he started half of 34 sports and an average of 11.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 1.8 aids and 1.2 theft. The native of Texas spent the last season in the northern Texas, where he played 22 minutes per game and got 7.7 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.1 stolen and 0.9 assistance, while shooting 41 percent from the ground and three to 34 percent. Massey has experience in the plan and has entered the portal.
Brzovic started his career at the South-Eastern Oklahoma State, a Division II School, and he led the team, with the first team All-Grey Conference Honors Honors and GAC Freshman of the Year to grab 11.0 rebounds to score 17.8 points per game. The Croatian elder man then moved to Charleston, where he has increased his production in each of his three sessions in a row in 18.4 consecutive points and the previous season in the previous season. The Center should have a year left and has already heard a long list of programs including West Virginia.
Jones spent two seasons from 2020-22 at Mineral Area College and took NJCAA All-American Honors home. Then moved to Midland College, where he shot at 17.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.1 per game while shooting 53.9 percent from the ground. Jones has spent the last two years in the Cal State North -freez, where he has launched 64 out of 67 and has rebound 13.1 points and 9.0 last year. Entered the transfer portal and initially committed to USC before supporting that pledge.
Givens appeared with tigers in 32 matches during his new season, where he started 12 games. In those competitions, Givens assisted an average of 4.8 points, 1.7 rebounds, 1.6 per game in 18.2 minutes. Memphis original was a highly recruitment target in its recruitment class and three years of eligibility remains. West Virginia has made contact with a long list of other programs.
Horton spent two seasons at the Preary View A&M, where he got 6.3 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.9 assistance and shot 44-percent from the ground and three to 35 percent as a new person. As a sophistication, Horton pulled 6.0 points, 2.7 aid and an average of 2.0 rebounds, while shooting both areas and three to 39 percent. Horton has a two -year eligibility remaining and is in contact with West Virginia. A Houston Native.
Coles started his career at Butler, but missed half of his new season due to a knee injury. He was transferred to TCU where he took an average of 2.7 points in 34 games and 1.9 rebounds in 8.6 minutes. He fielded those yogas as a Sophomore to 8.6 points and 4.0 rebounds and 10.0 points and 3.8 rebounds before transferring them to Grand Canyon. In this last season, he received 14.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.1 aid. There is one year left.
Bugs entered the transfer portal after a season in the East Tennessi state, where he shot 42 percent and three to 41 percent from the ground to an average of 11.1 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.3 per game. Earlier Bugs was in Northern Texas, where he played under Ross Hodge and shot 7.3 points, 2.1 rebounds and three to 45 percent. He also stayed at Texas San Antonio for a season and started his career at Massachusetts, where he appeared in just four matches before the injury. During his career, Bags also spent a season at Hill College, where he had a respectable mention of NJCAA Di after an average of 15.2 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.9 aid per game. Bugs have a season of eligibility remaining.
Boyd spent three seasons at Georgetown College, where he first and then average 16.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.9 assist and 0.9 styles per game, while earning the MSc Freshman of the Year. As a sophomore, Boyd was nominated in the Mid-South Conference first team, which after scoring the team in 16.7 points per game, 4.9 rebounds, 3.0 assist and 1.0 with theft. Boyd then transferred to Lipscomb for two sessions, where he was a leading scorer in 17.6 points per game in the year two. Boyd then shifted to Charleston, where the third team was named after 13.7 points per game and 3.2 rebound per game and 41 percent from the ground.
