Travis Hunter was talking emotionally about his father during his speech after winning the Himan Trophy in December, admitting that Travis Hunter was unable to attend the senior ceremony.

Travis Hunter Senior was recently allowed by the courts to travel to Green Bay for NFL drafts. According to court documents, Hunter Senior, who lives in Botton Beach, where his son was picked up, has been scheduled to exit the West Palm Beach a day before the draft and ordered to return on Friday.

39 -year -old Hunter Senior was sentenced to 90 days in late September 2024, convicted in three cases including a hooliganism. He was placed over a period of three years of probation and was ordered to complete the first year under house imprisonment. He was released from the Palm Beach County West Detention Center in Belle Glade, nine days before the Heismen Trophy ceremony in New York, but unable to participate.

While living in Green Bay, Hunter is limited to hotel grounds, besides participating in the senior draft, which will be held in the Lambo field. He was required to present a full travel journey program and program to his Community Control Officer.
