Now Dvalishvili and O’Malley are ready to run back in UFC 316 in Newark, New Jersey on 7 June – and rivals have been surprisingly cordial in recent matches despite their fierce history.

“He is a funny, he is cute, and he is also a good fighter,” Dvalishvili said on Tuesday’s “The Ariel Hellwani Show” Uncrowned. “I only have positive feelings [about O’Malley]Apart from this, he was talking stupid about my friend Alzaman Sterling.

“I feel bad, in fact, for this man. I stole his jacket, I stole his belt, I stole his fans. I made him humble. He is now a separate man. He is now a different man. It’s good for him, and it is also good for me, everything happened. Everything happened.

Despite how individual beef with O’Malley during the construction of its first battle in UFC 306, Dvalishvili suggests that there was never any real despise for a colorful American. However, it cannot be said for Tim Welch, the head coach of O’Malley, which attracted the ire of Dvalishvili for his pre-fighting and in-fight hertix during that September title.

Since Remach was announced, both O’Mali and Welch spoke on the praise of their “Timbosugarsho” Podcast and Sung Dwarishwili. Any bad blood has disintegrated from O’Malley’s side, as is revealed by Monday’s conversation due to Monday’s conversation.

Nevertheless, it is as good as this time, hearing praise from his challenge, Dwarishwili is not sure how to feel.

“It was strange, because they were talking to me very well,” said Dwarishwili. “Of course, everyone likes praise, but it seemed strange. I feel like a friend with them. Even the Tim, even the man who did not like me, when he was talking well, my heart was a little hot. Like, not, not, don’t do it, don’t do it, friends. I needed to be crazy about you. It was a strange feeling about you.

“I don’t hate Sean O’Mali, I just want to fight with her. Tim, she made big mistakes. He should be a professional coach, but she is not a professional coach. He tried to cheat. He is a chitter coach. He tried insult. [me]And that’s why I was talking garbage. What happened

“I am a professional fighter, and I made this mistake only once when I made my debut in UFC. I saw my opponent and I was so, ‘I don’t want to punch you,” Dvalishvili said. “When I get some controversial loss in this way, I learned. I don’t think I am going to make mistakes, even if I like my opponent. I will be professional and I will be the same man, and I will work hard.”

Dvalishvili’s rematch with O’Malley will mark the defense of the second title for the Georgian Champion after a unanimous decision in a difficult battle on Omar Nurmagomidov in UFC 311 in January.

Meanwhile, O’Mali, after the loss of its title, has been on the mend after surgery for a torn labram.

The 34 -year -old Dvalishvili has maintained a busy program as a fighter and planned to stick it as a champion. This is one of the main reasons that he does not see a problem with O’Mali’s immediate title shot rematch.

“I think why people say what they say, but I think I will get busy anyway,” said Dwarishwili. “So I am going to fight O’Li. I don’t see me as an easy fight. We know that he has a knockout power. I am not looking at this fight easy, really. It’s not so. It’s not so. I don’t want to forget that I fought him for the first time when I fought him for the first time, I was hardly training. I was a game. Again, I was a game.

“O’Mali, he works hard. Even when he touched me a little, I felt his power. That man can crack. So I have to be smart and I have to be patient in this battle. I am sure he will adjust and will better defend the Tekdown, then he will be completely different.

“I am glad. I think many people criticized O’Mali to receive rematch,” Dvalishvili said. “I think he deserves it, and I also want to find out. He made a lot of excuse after the fight, and now he did surgery, and I know that he will adjust and he will change the game plan. It is going to be a completely different fight, but if not, if O’Mali says, ‘If you don’t like it, do not look at it.”

Dvalishvili spoke almost favorable about O’Malley opportunities after gaining a 25 -minute experience in the octagon, but the risk for O’Malley is very clear from abundance: losing twice in the same champion in UFC and suddenly you got stuck in a career finger.

From the seat of dvalishvili, he feels more loose with reverse roles. He knows that each side of rivalry is going to look at the UFC 316 to make its statement in different ways.

“This is a good fight for Sean, because I said, he is fighting the same man,” said Dwarishwili. “He will adjust. He remembers everything from the last battle. And now if he [fought] somebody else [first before rematching me]He will focus on someone, then he comes back – it’s going to be too much. Now his head will be just [be about] Me. He has a bad dream, stopping my takedown, haunting me, kicking me. I think it’s good for him. I think this is a good chance for him to avenge his loss.

“I also want to show my striking skills. My goal will have to stop it, it will have to be tucking or knockout. It is going to be a great fight and I am excited for it.”
