Luke Mizatovic is set to become the youngest American male swimmer to compete in the World Championship since Michael Phelps in 2001.
On April 22, at the age of 16, Mizatovic made the world team a runner-up at the 400 meter freestyle at the Toyota US Championship on Friday night.
