Speaking in front of the series, Draisaitl revealedWhat will mean a championship for McDavid personally in his second visit in the final.

“I think this is everything he has ever dreamed,” Draisaitl said. “This is everything that he ever put to do his work, that he grinds, that he plays through injuries.”

Draisaitl continued by addressing the position of McDwid as a public face of a Canadian franchise, and widespread meaning to win the championship with olers.

“This means that everything for all of us,” Draisaitl said. “Obviously, as you said, I don’t know if you want to call it a burden, but being the face of this franchise, a Canadian franchise – yes, he wears it and he hugs it. This is what makes him.”
