Golden State has a history with Brooks, facing it in the 2022 Western Conference semi -finals, when he was a member of the Memphis Grizzleez. In that series, a one-time all-defensive forward injured Gary Pater II, causing some back-and-forward media discourses between Steve Kerr and former Grizzle’s head coach Taylor Jenkins.
While Butler was not a member of Warriors in 2022, he made it clear on Monday night how he feels about Brooks.
“I don’t like Dillon Brooks,” through ESPN’s Om Youngmisuk.
Asked when it seemed that he was going back and forth with Dillon Brooks, Jimmy Butler clarified that there was no fun. “I don’t like Dillon Brooks.”

Brooks landed in 2023 as part of a sign-end-tride deal with mmphis in 2023. The 6 -Foot -6 forward helped the rocket to earn a second seed at the Western Conference this season, but now they are on the verge of abolishing the number 7 Seed Warriors.
This season in 75 matches, Brooks took average of 14.0 points and 3.7 rebounds.
