Indiana fever makes a history of WNBA in star Chicago Sky Game that was originally seen on Ethalon Sports.
Chicago Akash is hosting Indiana fever at the United Center on Saturday night. These two Eastern conference teams faced teams during the early weekend of the 2025 WNBA season, in which Indiana won 93-85 behind Cateline Clarke’s 20-point triple-dal.
Unfortunately for Indiana and many fans who bought tickets to see Clarke, The Rignening Ruckle of the Year will not play on Saturday. Still after recovering from a quad injury, Clarke may return to Tuesday’s game against Atlanta’s dream, but has been sidelined for this rematch against Chicago.
This is particularly disappointing because Chicago shifted the game from Vintrest Arena to the United Center.

The Chicago Bulls house, the United Center has 23,500 fans. Vintrest Arena, where Akash plays its other domestic games, is just in place for over 10,000 fans. While people participating in Saturday’s game will not be able to play Clarke, they are watching WNBA history.
Chicago Advertised Before the game, this matchup is the first WNBA game at the United Center in the history of 30 years. Under just one minute in the first quarter, the fever star Aliah Boston made history by scoring the WNBA basket for the first time, where there have been many other historical basketball moments.

The inauguration season of Bulls at the United Center came in the 1994-95 season. This was the year when Michael Jordan played only 17 games after he retired to play MLB before the season. The next season started another three-beat for Chicago, as Bulls won three-strategies from 1996–98, in which Jordan won the MVP in all three seasons and won the final, reaching a total of six.
