It was a good defensive performance from Chelsea yesterday. Whenever I was looking at them that they defended it and did it in number and remained in a very compact shape, giving Liverpool no chance to success.
It was opposite to Chelsea that we have been used to see this season, which all the time wants to stay on the ball controlling things. But it was a great Chelsea performance.
Palmer in Ronaldo category
Palmer was fantastic for Chelsea yesterday, and Neville placed him as his former joint team partner Cristiano Ronaldo in the same category.
