MLS rivalry: Columbus Crew fans March to Hell Hai Real vs FC Cincinnati
Crew fan to Hell FC is the real rivalry against Cincinnati
- Columbus Crew and FC Cincinnati equaled 1–1 in “Hell is Real” Derby.
- Both teams sit near the top of the Eastern Conference Standing.
- The crew coach Wilfred Nancy expressed confidence in his team’s ability to score more goals in the future.
In a match with MLS Eastern Conference Standing and perhaps, perhaps, the shield race of supporters (still walking a long way to go, friends), crew and FC Cincinnati on Saturday have real derby-darby in the latest version of hell at New Crew Stadium on Saturday.
A selling crowd of 20,363, some of which would be priced when the crew opened their new premium seating and club section next year, paid the witness.
Finally, as the crew fans chanting “Columbus” from Nordake, a vocal band of FCC supporters counters with a hug “Cleveland” (Clap-Clap-Clap). He was throwing a shadow at the Ohio franchise, who recently staged the “Home” game against Inter Miami and Lionel Messi at a pro -football stadium, controlled by the majority of the crew’s majority owners, Haslam Sports Group. Oops.
It was an enthusiastic case, which raises a high-powerful, high-devotion Cincinnati club against the most entertaining strategic team in the league. The stakes were clear: Cincinnati (9-3-2) slipped to second place, while the crew (7–1-6) stood third in the east, but the 1-0 winner in Atlanta lost the ground to Filadelphia (9-3-2). The Sangh went first on the basis of better target difference for Cincinnati.
Crew coach Wilfred Nancy performed a miracle in an atmosphere created by fans, his team’s competitive fire and the play which came out. He is like any of us – he feels the game at the level of an intestine and moves emotionally because it comes out. And it was really a good game to see, no matter what your routing interests are.
Crew goalkeeper Patrick Shulte scored a fluke, first half goal after an attempt to punch the ball out of a crowded box. This was followed by dominance of the crew and attacked with a demonic intensity in the second half. While he had his opportunities, only at one time when he could find behind the net, the penalty was on a penalty kick in the 54th minute.
“We could score more round,” Nancy said, “but I am confident that it will come.”
The philosophical difference between teams can be read in the initial lineup for each.
Cincinnati returned Luka Orelenno right -wing, as one of his strikers to attack Midfield and Kevin Denki. Cincinnati spent about 30 million dollars to place these attackers in winter. The move compensates for the departure of former League MVP Luciano Acosta, which was dissatisfied in Porkopolis and traded in Dallas.
Cincinnati GM Chris Chris Alberite and Coach Pat Nunn are a highly viewed pair. Together in its first three years, their club has posted a record of 50–25–27 and won a shield of supporters in 2023. They have deep -pocket owners who are not afraid to spend, and they are aggressive in pursuing high price talent if they feel a fit. Denki and Orelano have scored 14 goals in 14 CINCY matches this season. Wealth.
Daniel Gajdag near Nancy in the Left Wing, Diego Rossi at the Center Forward and – in a surprise installment – Ibrahim Aliu Right Wing. Gajdag was acquired in a cash deal for $ 4 million with Philadelphia last month and was still accused for Nancy’s system. Rossi was acquired for a fee of $ 6.58 million from a Turkish club in summer of 2023. Aliyu, once signed in a famous U22 Houston, was eventually considered extremely expensive, came to Columbus via trade on 24 April. The crew paid $ 450,000, with more than $ 750,000 likely if some incentives are active.
Columbus GM ISSA Tall and Nancy, former President/GM Tim Tim Bezbachnco, associates the darshan of darshan of darshan with excellence in scouting, recruitment and development. The Hasalam Sports Group, whoever comes in the mud, comes when the crew fans talk of squeezing every last nickel or taking out the issue of $ 600 million out of the state for a new brown dome in Cleveland Exarbs, but they do not have to spend on talent and listen to their saucer. Nancy is probably the best coach in the league.
Crew Legendary Kucho Hernandez, who finished second to Lionel Messi in MVP voting last year, was sold to Spain’s real daughters on the eve of 2025 season. Striker Christian Ramirez was traded at La Galaxy. The crew has some depth pair – and, long professors, they have their own eyes on the summer transfer window for a potential DP signature – but for now, they are materials to combat the Evander with a relative oblivion.
Nancy only coachs them. He likes players who can play in many positions and feel for those who have fearlessness of playing in their own officers and an attack system, which requires patience, intelligence and total purchase-in. This is a team that has to play with their hair on fire, including Darlington Nagbe, until the shower time.
In the first two sessions of Nancy in Columbus, the crew ran 35–15–8, won an MLS Cup (2023) and a league cup (2024) and set a fleet of franchise records. Trust him, he is saying, if he wants to start someone you have never heard of in one of the hottest rivalry sports in American professional football.
Then, it was an excellent game. Cincinnati deserves credit for defending her box. They managed to deal with an attack in the second half, and they managed to squeeze a point on the road, against their archives.
The crew fans should be relatively pleased with a draw against a loaded team, but they may also be disappointed. In three matches against the League’s Iron – LAFC, against Inter Miami in Cleveland and against FCC – Columbus has scored zero goals in the game run.
The crew trusts in Nancy. Inherently. Nevertheless, it seems that the summer transfer window cannot come very fast.
