Carl Edwards shared Kyle Bush comment and why he is jealous of Denny Hamlin who originally appeared on Ethalon Sports.
Denny Hamlin won his third race of the 2025 NASCAR Cup series season in Michigan on Sunday. It was not a race where he dominated.
In fact, the Gibbs Racing Driver did not lead the race, until they went to four laps to pass William Bayran, who led the race-high 98 laps to that point. The 44-year-old driver, who has been on the baby watch throughout the week, led the final laps around the two-meal circuit, including the most important.
After his 57th Career Cup win, the driver opposed the Michigan crowd by performing Ohio State Symbal and what he said in his post-race interview comment.

“Obviously he was doing a great job,” Hamleen said that she was trying to go around Bayran before stopping. “Daddy, forgive me, but I defeated your favorite driver, friends.” The driver initially reiterated the comment from fans after winning at Bristol in 2023 – a comment that he later admitted that his father did not like it. The three -time Detona 500 champion said on his podcast that he would refrain from doing it in future.
Hamlin has been evident in the past about embracing the role of the villain, which was once the domain of his former JGR team partner Kail Bush.

Later during the Prime Broadcast, Carl Edwards resumed the race with Daniel Treota and Corey Lajoi and shared what the two -time cup series champion called him a few minutes ago.
Edwards said, “First thing, Kyle is gone by Busch, he goes,” man, it’s so fun when you can win with the crowd and mess up, “Edwards said. “I mean, he envies him.”
To add an insult to the injury, with Hemaline’s victory lane trip, he overtook Busch for most of the time victory in JGR with 57.
