Barcelona cannot be set to do much in the way of addition of its playing squad, but he has taken the first step in relation to the potential extra of his recruitment staff. The latest is that they have taken a step for the East West Ham United Technical Secretary and Bayer Leverkusen Head Scout Tim Steadtten.
The recruitment department of Barcelona is currently under the leadership of the Director of Football Deco and his assistant Bojan Kricic, although his work is less concerned with scouting and conversation. The Scouting Department, which has seen cuts in recent years, has been led by Paulo Arujo. It seems that they feel that they can benefit from additional expertise.

Barcelona recently lost Andrea Manasini
In the last summer Barcelona added Roberto Manasini’s son Andrea Mansini to his recruitment team, after the roles with Sports Director and Fiurentina in Italy as scout. It was not said what his role was, and he left the club this year without any announcement, returning to Jenoa. Neither is it clear what the role will be on the offer of Steadtan, which will probably have a chance to run things elsewhere.
