Bath’s premiere victory is the first of the club since 1996

Thousands of people have taken the streets of the bath to welcome their rugby premierership-winning team.

Bath Beat Leicester Tigers In the finals at the Allianz Stadium in Twentyenham on Saturday to win the title for the first time since 1996.

Before an open-top bus, moving towards Bath Abe and ending at the entertainment field, is carrying players on the Pulten Bridge and Up Millsom Street.

The club will then host a ticket party in the stadium.

Bath Fan Theo told BBC Radio Bristol that he was “extremely proud” of the team.

“Everyone is here. Even if you cannot go to the finals, you can see it,” he said.

“We have won three trophies and you get to see the players.”

Fellow fan from Bristol joked: “I should be careful because all my neighbors are fans of Bristol.

“I am watching the parade from Millsum Street and it’s fantastic.”

Open Top Bus Bath Pack is making its way through roads

Bath was a trailblazing team in the league this season and went into the final as a favorite after clarifying 11 points on the top of the table.

Captain Ben Spencer said on Saturday that he could not be the “pruder of the team”.

Spenser said, “An attempt – We had to dig a deeper, fair game for the lecester, but I think we were entitled to it after the year that we had.”
