Reders DC Patrick Graham broke the silence when she worked with Pete Carol, which originally appeared on athlon sports.
When Las Vegas Reders hired Pete Carol as a head coach, there was great enthusiasm about bringing the Super Bowl Champion into the franchise. However, some fans were very concerned about whom he would rent for his coaching staff.
One of the most important decisions was going to be his defensive coordinator. There were some speculation that he would rent a retrade like Gus Bradley, Kane Norton Junior or Chris Richard.
Instead, Carroll decided to maintain Patrick Graham, which has been with the team since 2022. Graham has run a much different style of protection compared to Carol from her Seattle Sehox days, but it is not yet a problem.

Graham has not got a chance to talk to the media as Carol was hired, but he is already a big fan of the coach.
“The thing with NFL is that every season is a change season, so we become addicted to it; each week is a week of change,” Graham told reporters On Wednesday. “I would say, we are all using something like this, to a certain extent. Working with peat has been great. Energy, football knowledge, learning from there and simply someone should be able to talk about how to talk about statusal football, defensive philosophy, it has been very good for me. … I can’t be happy with the situation. It is very good. It is very good.
Graham has been in the mixture to become a head coach for years, and working with Carol is likely to fly a head job.
