BEMIDJI – The Bamidji State Women’s Hockey Team is making a habit of opening its season against the champion who ruled at the Sanford Center.
To kick the 2024–25 slate, Beaver hosted the Defending National Champion, Ohio State at home. They will again do it against Wisconsin on 26 September.
Baszers defeated the bkeys to win their fourth title in six sessions at the 4-3 overtime thriller at Rader Arena. Wisconsin will travel to Bemidji to start protecting his title with a two-game WHAM series.
The state of Bamidji ended the 2024-25 regular season against the UW. This year, Beaver will get a crack in Ohio State on February 20-21, before the WHA quarterfinal starts on 27 February. The Ohio State will probably be one of the top contenders in the country to make four frozen at Pengula Ice Arena on 20-21 March at University Park, Pennsylvania.
The Bamidji State will play each of the seven WCHA teams four times, twice at home and twice on the road. For the first time after the 2021-22 season, however, the beaver will not play in a holiday tournament.
During the 2022-23 season, the BSU was 1–1 in the 1–1 nutmeg classic tournament, which was hosted by Quinipiaq to Hamden, Connecticut. Two years ago, it moved 1–1 in the Battle of Berg in Pittsburgh. In the previous season, Bedji State defeated Brown 5–4, again, 1–1 in the showcase of Minnesota University, 1–1.
The holiday tournaments have been responsible for the 20% winning of the beats in the last three seasons.
Instead, the BSU has a more strong non -schedule schedule.
Robert Morris traveled 3–4 on Bamidji October. The BSU lost twice to the colonies on the road in the second weekend of the season last October. BSU has a 9–5–1 record against RMU and is dating back on 4-2–1 September 26, 2014.
Bamidji states will also play two non -conference series on the road.
The first is against Lindenwood on 28–29 November at St. Charles, Missouri. The BSU is 13–4–2 against Lions, including 6–3 win and 3-3 tie at the Sanford Center in the last October.
Merimac will also play its first game against 3-4 on January to close the beaver new year. The Warriors has been an NCAA program since the 2015-16 season.
BSU men and women will host doubleheaders at the Hockey Sanford Center. 7-8 and November 21-22 November. The women’s team welcomes St. Thomas and St. Cloud State to kick each doubleheader, while the men’s team will play Lake Superior State and North Michigan.
There is a pair of expanded brakes on the schedule in the state of Bamidji. After a trip on Columbus, Ohio, October 10-11, the beaver will have two open weekends before hitting the road on 31 October and 1 November to play Mansato October. BSU has a one-month holiday before going to North Endovar, Massachusetts before Minnesota Duluth December 5-6 on December 5-6.
The WHA is yet to reveal a location for 2026 frozen faceoffs. A rewarding program will be held on 5-7 March to reward the automatic NCAA tournament bid of WHA.
