Magic Johnson compared the Nix-Cultics series with 'Shotime' with 'Shotime'

New York Nix on Wednesday evening won the second direct return over Boston Celtics. Despite leaving Big behind in the entire game, Nux won from the final score of 91-90 to win Game 2.

In each of the first two matches, Celtics looked like a better team for a good 48 minute. However, the first two matches of the New York series have been able to turn around and win in the fourth quarter.

After returning to the Madison Square Garden, Nix took a 2–0 unexpected series lead. There is still a lot of work to work, but Tom Thibodo and the company are in good condition.

Magic Johnson, Los Angeles Legend, talked about the entertaining series. He has compared the “Shotime L.S.” run by New York through two games.

“I remember the day my Shotime was in the same position when New York was in Nax, when San Antonio Spurs defeated us all four regular season games and we finished playing in the playoffs,” He wrote in a post on X“We had a chip on our shoulder and we had something not only to prove ourselves but for the spurs and we beat them in playoffs!

Coming into the series, Boston was seen as a superior team. Nax was not given a good chance to win.

Through two matches, they have calmed their doubts. Now, he needs to win two of the next five matches to shut down the series and proceed to the finals of the Eastern Conference.

The game 3 will be played on Saturday afternoon at 3:30 pm with Tip off for ET. The game will be broadcast on ABC as New York wants to go to a commanding 3–0 series lead.

For Celtics, they will face some frustration because they look to keep the series alive. It would be almost impossible to go down 3–0.
