Rafael Luzan, president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), addressed the ‘Dani Olmo case’ running during the Europea Press Sports Breakfast.
26 -year -old Barcelona’s registration, who attacked the midfielder, was in danger during winter, but a precautionary measure of the Higher Sports Council (CSD) in Spain allowed Barka to continue playing, waiting for the final decision on the matter.
The verdict finally came in favor of Barka last month, which continued to play Olmo and Pau Victor for the rest of the campaign, giving Laega an appeal to the ruling.
Commenting on the matter, Luzan said: “Every time we see each other, we share a smile. He is a top professional and a great man. He knows that it involves controversy and knows about it.
“The role of RFEF was what it was to happen – it could not be different. It exists to follow the rules, and we have done what the rules needed.”

In addition to discussing Dani Olmo, Lujan offered support to FC Barcelona before his Champions League semi -final conflict against Inter Milan.
“Today we wish Barcelona tonight with a challenge. Hopefully, we can once again do another great Spanish team in the final of the Champions League in Munich,” He said.
Luzan also spoke briefly about the ability to play behind closed doors after recent incidents for the upcoming Catalan Derby between Aspenol and Barcelona.
“I have very little information. Once I have details from the competition committee, I will be able to give an opinion,” He concluded.
